Our Team

The founder and administrator of “Shkrela Legal Solutions” is a lawyer specialized in European law and immigration. After completing her Bachelor studies in Law at “Bedër University College”, she continued her master's studies at “Tallinn University of Technology” in Estonia in the field of international and European law. During her stay there, among other things, she was engaged at the “Estonian Human Rights Center” where she had the opportunity to work as a legal consultant in the field of immigration and especially regarding applications for international protection. After returning to Albania, she worked as a human resources specialist at “Aluflor Construction Group” and also served as administrator at “Ceci Corp Attorneys” since the founding of the company.

After a relatively long experience in the field of immigration, in March 2021 she founded “Shkrela Legal Solutions” to realize her vision and mission in the field of legal representation, maintaining as the foundation of the company values such as a correct relationship with the truth, reliability, stability, and integrity. Xhensila speaks fluent English and Turkish.

Sarbjola is a specialist in English language and communication, with a Bachelor and Master of Science degree from Bedër University College. She has consolidated experience in administration and customer service, making significant contributions to the Bedër Admissions Office, event organization, and student communication.

With advanced knowledge of English (C1) and excellent skills in the use of technological tools, Sarbjola stands out for her professionalism, dedication, and effective problem-solving.

The values that guide her in every collaboration are dedication, correctness, and honesty, always building stable and trustworthy relationships with clients and collaborators.

She completed her studies at Bedër University College and also participated in trainings by OSCE on European law. A semester-long training on the impact of EU enlargement and EU laws. She has attended a series of trainings from the School of Advocacy on immigration law and refugee issues.
